Yes! Altō participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.

Altō allows a maximum of two pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Yes! Altō offers a community laundry room in the clubhouse; otherwise, you can rent an in-unit washer and dryer for $35 per month.
