Yes! Altō participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.

The application fee is $13 per adult.

Altō allows a maximum of two pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

The monthly rent amount includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash!

The only utility the residents are responsible for is internet – which is optional!

Altō offers surface, carport, and garage parking. The surface lot is free of charge, carport parking is $35 per month, and garage parking is $75 per month.

Yes! Altō offers a community laundry room in the clubhouse; otherwise, you can rent an in-unit washer and dryer for $35 per month.
